By accessing or using ReadAda (readada.com), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform. These terms apply to all visitors and users of ReadAda.

What ReadAda provides

ReadAda is a book intelligence platform. We provide AI-generated summaries and assessments of books (Ada Briefs), curated reading lists, and book discovery tools. Our content is provided for informational purposes. Ada's assessments are her analytical judgments — they are not professional recommendations and should not be treated as such.

Use of the platform

You may use ReadAda for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

  • Scrape, crawl, or systematically download content from ReadAda without prior written permission
  • Reproduce, republish, or redistribute ReadAda content (including Ada Briefs) on other platforms
  • Use the platform in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform

Intellectual property

All content on ReadAda — including Ada Briefs, reading lists, ratings, and editorial text — is owned by or licensed to ReadAda. Book covers, titles, and author names remain the property of their respective copyright holders and are used for identification purposes only.

Affiliate links

ReadAda participates in affiliate programmes including Amazon Associates and Bookshop.org. When you purchase a book through a link on ReadAda, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. This does not influence which books we feature or how Ada assesses them.

Accuracy of content

We make reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of book information, ratings, and Ada Briefs. However, we cannot guarantee that all information is current, complete, or error-free. If you believe any content is inaccurate, please contact us at ada@readada.com.

Limitation of liability

ReadAda is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ReadAda shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or reliance on its content.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "last updated" date above. Continued use of ReadAda after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from your use of ReadAda shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

If you are located in the UK or European Economic Area and have a concern about how we handle your personal data, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. For UK users, that is the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
