Peter Carey

Peter Carey is an Australian novelist and one of only four writers to have won the Booker Prize twice, for Oscar and Lucinda and True History of the Kelly Gang. He was born in Bacchus Marsh, Victoria, and has lived in New York City for several decades. His work consistently interrogates Australian history and identity.
